La Bellevue is on the top floor and has an open plan living area with patio doors opening onto a balcony with stunning views over le massif du Mont Blanc. The lounge area also benefits from a flat screen TV and DVD player.

The newly renovated kitchen is separated from lounge area by a breakfast bar. The kitchen has a halogen hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc and is ideal for clients taking the property self catered. The property has one double bedroom and two twin beds that can be made into a double bed on the open mezzanine. The property also has two bathrooms, one on the mezzanine and the other on the ground floor.

La Bellevue is ideal for those wanting to be close to the ski lifts and is a 5 minutes walk from both the Bellevue telecabine and Le Prarion telecabine. The last ski run of the day can be made right down the the apartment building. La Bellevue also has a private garage for those who hire a car or self drive.
