Mont Blanc Balcony is a lovely spacious two-bedroom apartment of 70m2. It is best suited for a family or a small group of friends. Le Balcon is situated on the first floor with three private balconies with a view of the massif du Mont Blanc. The apartment is one out of three apartments to rent in the residence Villa Mont Blanc, located in the hart of the Chamonix Valley.

This luxurious apartment with a modern touch is entirely furbished with high quality furniture by the leading Scandinavian gallery, Jacksons. The apartment consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. Dining area seats six people. The adjoining living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the wood-burning stove after a long day in the mountains. There is a flat screen TV, dvd and wifi access.

The french windows in the living/dining area gives you direct access to the private balconies with a view over the massif du Mont Blanc, the sunset and the valley.

Mont Blanc Balcony has two bedrooms - One double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and one convertible double or twin bedroom. There is a single sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has a separate bathroom with toilet, large washbasin and bath with a showerhead.

Villa Mont Blanc and apartment Mont Blanc Balcony is conveniently located in the Planards area of Chamonix. 500 meters from the Planards ski slopes with beginners ski school in the winter and an adventure park in the summer. It’s a 3-minute walk to the main train station, the city centre with restaurants, bars and shops. The bus stop is 50m away. If you arrive by car there is free parking next to the house.
