1. Get in touch with us to confirm availability for your preferred dates - find our details on the Contact page. At this point, we will be able to confirm the exact price of your holiday (taking into consideration any discounts).

2. We will send you the booking form, or you can download it in PDF format. Fill in the form and send it back to us, either by email or post, along with the deposit. The deposit should be £200 per person per week for fully catered holidays, and £100 per person per week for self catered holidays.

3. We will send you booking confirmation, a receipt for your deposit, and an invoice for the balance of your holiday. We will also send you further details about your holiday.

4. We will remind you of the final payment ten weeks prior to departure, with payment due no later than eight weeks prior to departure.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

Additional Information

Travel

In order to retain maximum flexibility, we do not provide transport from the UK. We will provide transfers to and from Geneva airport or the train station. For those who will be driving over, we have private car parking , please let us know in advance if you wish to reserve a space.

Single Occupancy

There is an additional 75% single occupancy charge when a double or twin room is reserved for one person. If guests would prefer to share with other occupants the charge will not be applied.

Group Discount

A discount will be applied to bookings of 10 people or more. The chalet will usually be booked with a maximum of 12 people per week. However, if the chalet is booked by one group, we can increase the maximum to 14. Please contact us with your requirements.

Check in and Check out

On the day of arrival, check in is from 4pm. On the day of departure, check out is 10am. However, depending on your departure travel arrangements, we can be flexible if it means you can fit in a last morning on the slopes!
