Beautifully decorated, Chalet d’Or is spaciously spread over about 140m2 with solid oak flooring throughout stylishly blending the contemporary and traditional rustic Savoyard styles. Chalet d’Or is ideal for a family or a group of professionals.

Chalet d’Or is in its own private enclosed grounds and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a bunk room with full size single beds, one bathroom, one shower room, a large laundry room and the garage which doubles as a ski store in winter.

The first floor is comprised of a spacious open plan living / dining area with high ceilings and a large open log burning fire. With two leather sofas, a 52” flat screen TV, satellite TV, sound system and WiFi all modern comforts are catered for. The self contained fully equipped modern kitchen has a microwave, hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher and an American style fridge freezer. Over looking the garden is a large south facing balcony running the length of the rear of the chalet, ideal for relaxing on in the sun. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite toilet and shower situated under the eaves.

Chalet d'Or is incredibly well-located for the both ease of facilities, and the all-important ski lifts - it's ski to door! It is right next to the Flegere cable car in Les Praz de Chamonix, with it's restaurants, lively bars and shops and equipment hire shop. Chamonix town is a 20 minute walk away.
