Marmotte Mountain Hideaway (1) is a luxury 4 bedroom catered chalet located in the village of Argentiere in the Chamonix Valley. Built to a great high end finish, the chalet sleeps 9 guests comfortably but can accommodate up to 10 guests if required.

Marmotte Mountain Hideaway (1) can be rented independently or together with Marmotte Mountain Hideaway (2) for groups of up to 17-20.

Marmotte Mountain Hideaway (1) is less than three years old so all of the features within the chalet are in great condition. It has a fabulous location, siutated less than 100m from les Grands Montets ski resort in Argentiere - quite a rare privilege for the Chamonix Valley.

The chalet also has the added luxury of having its own private indoor heated swimming pool and a Swedish sauna located in the downstairs basement. And new for season 2008/09, is the installation of a new luxury outdoor hot tub!

Layout:

The chalet has 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs, all with the use of their own bathroom. The 2 bedrooms downstairs can be made up as either king doubles or twins. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and one triple bedroom. There is also an alcove area located upstairs that can sleep an additional 2 guests if required.

The downstairs living area is made up of a new comfortable L shape lounge and arm chair that plays host to the home entertainment system. The dining room table and main kitchen area are also located downstairs. A side door leading from the dining room area exits out onto a quiet wooden deck to where you will find the outdoor hot tub.

The upstairs living area hosts an additional tv/dvd player and comfortable leather sofa bed. It opens out to a balcony with spectacular views of the Mont Blanc mountain range.

As highlighted above, for larger groups of up to 17-20, it is possible to also reserve Marmotte Mountain Hideaway (2) - this chalet is located directly next door but is joined in the basement to share the swimming pool and sauna.

Marmotte Mountain Hideaway 1 has a fanastic location, situated less than 100 metres away from les Grands Montets ski lift station in Argentiere. A huge highlight of the location is that guests have the luxury of being able to fully ski in and ski out, quite a rare privilege for the Chamonix Valley.
